The Estate Blend includes all four of our Pinot Noir clones (Dijon 115, Pommard 91, Dijon 777, and Ancestor 01).  Each clone was individually picked between Oct 19-29, yielding 3 ton/acre. The fruit was destemmed and whole berry fermentation started with a Burgundian yeast in open top fermentors. The wine was then aged in French Oak (8 Months / 10% new)  Unfined and lightly filtered.
