About Us
We are farmers, owners and wine makers. Or as the French say, vignerons. Farming heritage runs deep in our genes. Our ancestors farmed in Ireland and brought their craft to Canada to establish prairie homesteads. Shay grew up working on his family farm in Saskatchewan and wanted to eventually return to the land.
For many years, we contemplated on how to combine our love of the land and our enjoyment of wine. Our path eventually led us to the Okanagan Valley.

We purchased our site in 2016 and planted the initial vines in 2017. It's been a family endeavour from the start, with many weekends and vacations spent in the vineyard establishing our vines.
In 2021, after completing the construction of our home and small winery building, we moved to the vineyard site full time. Our first crush was in 2019 and we produced our wine with Dylan and Penelope Roche on the Naramata bench. We are excited as we prepare to crush our first vintage at our own site in 2022!
