Shipping & Returns
Due to cost and logistics we ship wine in increments of six bottles (e.g. 6, 12, 18, 24, etc).We highly recommend shipping to your place of work, business, or building with a concierge, since alcohol cannot be delivered without an adult there to sign for it. We ship with ATS Healthcare, in temperature controlled vehicles.
If you'd like to arrange pickup in-person, simply select the 'pickup' option during checkout to waive the shipping costs.

We are only able to deliver to major cities within the Atlantic provinces (Halifax, Moncton, St. Johns, St. John)
If a package is undeliverable, there is a rerouting charge of $15 + tax
We will exchange any opened bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for the return and replacement of such damaged or flawed product. We do not provide cash refunds for alcoholic beverages.
✨Some sediment in wine is natural, especially for unfiltered wines like many of ours. We encourage you to decant your wine and enjoy. Sediment will not be accepted as a reason for a return.
