The Collection highlights clonal differences when farming practices, winemaking processes and terroir are identical.

Clone 115 represents the largest block of vines on the property, situated near the top of the vineyard. Organically farmed, picked on October 1st, yielding 1 ton/acre. Destemmed, fermented and aged in 2nd fill French oak barrels.  Unfined and unfiltered.

25 cases made. Key specifications: 13.0 % alcohol by volume, .75 g/L RS, 6.975 g/L TA, 3.78 ph.

On the nose: wild strawberry, red cherry, orange blossom, and underwood earth. On the palate:  bright red fruits and minerality, followed by notes of wild strawberry, citrus, and red cherry. Lingering finish.
