The Clone Collection highlights clonal differences when farming practices, winemaking processes and terroir are identical. 

This wine is made from an unknown clone labelled Ancestor 01.  Organically farmed estate Pinot Noir, picked on October 6th, yielding 2.5 tons per acre. Destemmed, fermented and aged in 2nd fill French oak barrels.  Unfined and unfiltered.

On the nose:  aromas of violet, acacia, dark cherry, vanilla, kirsch, and tomato leaves. On the palate: dark cherry, strawberry, spicy pepper and herbaceous notes. Vivid tannins with a bright finish.
