This Chablis-inspired unoaked wine is made from our single clone of organically farmed Chardonnay.  Hand picked on Oct 13th, yielding 3 ton/acre.  The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, with 30% completing malolactic fermentation. The wine was bottled on Feb 28th, 2023.

On the nose: scents of citrus, mineral and wet stone.  On the palate: succulent notes of citrus, green apple and richer notes of ripe pear.   Lightly fined and filtered.
