The Clone Collection highlights clonal differences when farming practices, winemaking processes and terroir are identical.

This wine is made from our block of Pommard 91 Pinot Noir, which is planted in the middle-upper section of the vineyard  Organically farmed, picked on October 1st, yielding 1 ton/acre. Destemmed, fermented and aged in 2nd fill French oak barrels.  Unfined and unfiltered.

On the nose: ripe strawberry pie, rose water, pink geranium, sour cherry, smoked beef, and licorice. On the palate: red fruit jam, ripe cherry, plum, and vanilla. Evolving firm tannins with a juicy, fresh finish.
