This wine is made from a single clone of organically farmed estate Chardonnay and is unoaked. Picked Sept 22, yielding 1 ton/acre. The wine completed primary fermentation and aging in stainless steel, with no secondary malolactic fermentation.

On the nose: scents of citrus, mineral and wet stone.  On the palate: lemon curd, melon and mineral.  Lightly filtered.
