This wine is made from a single clone of organically farmed estate Chardonnay and is unoaked.  It was picked Ocotober 6, yielding less than 1 ton per acre. The wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel, including a secondary malolactic fermentation.

On the nose: scents of pear, citrus, and hints of popcorn.  On the palate: creamy mouthfeel with citrus and pear notes.   Unfined and unfiltered (resulting sediment is normal).

Only 15 cases made. Key specifications: 13.3% alcohol by volume. .79 g/L RS, 4.54 g/L TA, 3.85 ph.
