This is a blend of organically farmed estate pinot noir clones: Dijon 115, Pommard 91, Dijon 777, and an unknown clone called Ancestor 01. The grapes were destemmed and fermented as individual lots. Aged 1 year in 2nd fill French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.
This wine was recently rated 91 points by legendary Vancouver wine critic, John Schreiner. His tasting notes: "A blend of three clones, this is a silky-textured wine. It begins with aromas of cherry and raspberry that are echoed on the palate. The finish is long, with a note of spice. 91."
