This is a field blend of organically farmed estate pinot noir clones: Dijon 115, Pommard 91, Dijon 777, and an unknown clone we call Ancestor 01. Picked Sept 16, yielding less than 1 ton/acre. Destemmed and co-fermented. Aged 1 year in neutral French oak. Unfined and unfiltered.

On the nose: floral and earthy aromas.  On the palate: juicy flavours of cherry and strawberry.  Soft tannins provide a smooth finish
